Hospitality Planner processes hotel development project data on behalf of licensed organisations. Each organisation's data is held in an isolated tenant and is accessible only to users that organisation has granted access to.
Personal data processed in the product is limited to what is needed to operate project collaboration: name, work email, organisation, role and activity records relating to project changes and approvals.
The demonstration environment on this site contains synthetic data only. It does not contain client or production information.
A full data processing agreement, retention schedule and sub-processor list are provided as part of enterprise licence contracting.
